Man always aspires to perfection as it is genetically coded in him.
Is it perfect really what we do or we just believe it?
Lets pose a question to others whether they would recommend our product, service, book or anything else.

NPS method has been widely used since its first publication in 2003.

What is the essence of the method? Just ask a single question from our partners, customers:" How likely is it that you would recommend our product, service to others?"
The answers will be based upon a scale of 0-10.

- tailor the question and wait for the customers responses
- run the report to see as to we are really good or we just consider ourselves so
